Alongside leading Jesus Collective, Adam has been guiding the team at Yeovil Community Church in the UK since 2008, where they have cultivated and modeled Jesus-centered leadership, spiritual formation, and community transformation. As an international speaker, writer, and consultant, Adam helps churches and organizations navigate change, embracing a Christ-centered model of ministry and theology. Adam is married to the fabulous Rachel, and together they have 4 inspiring children and 2 adorable grandchildren. Their home is also shared with a very cute dog, Kobi, — along with persistent, yet unverified, rumors of a cat.

Alongside leading Jesus Collective, Cherish has served in the local church for over 25 years in a variety of leadership and pastoral roles, including co-pastor, preaching, teaching, and discipleship in the Houston, TX area. Passionate about equipping leaders and fostering meaningful connections, Cherish is committed to shaping communities that reflect the values and mission of Jesus.
With a deep passion for spiritual formation and community building, she works alongside church leaders to cultivate meaningful connections and create opportunities for growth. As a writer and communicator, Cherish seeks to inspire and equip others for faithful and transformative ministry.  She, along with her husband Todd and their two incredible daughters, enjoy floating the Texas Frio River with friends in the summer and playing board games and video games together as a family.
 
															Resource Development Manager
Meghan brings to Jesus Collective over 16 years of experience preaching and leading in the local church. She writes and teaches on Jesus-centered theology, biblical interpretation and discerning the Spirit. She is passionate about helping people fall in love with Jesus and equipping the church to think, act and love more like he does. Meghan is author of Divine Gravity: Sparking a Movement to Recover a Better Christian Story and The Bible Unwrapped: Making Sense of Scripture Today.
 
															Fundraising & Finance Manager
Andrew has spent over a decade serving grassroots organizations in fundraising, communications, and community development. At Jesus Collective, he pairs this experience with a strong focus on operational support, helping to strengthen the systems that sustain the movement. Passionate about equipping leaders and building meaningful partnerships, he is dedicated to advancing Jesus Collective’s mission through creative fundraising and storytelling that draws others into the work of renewal.
 
															Communications Coordinator
Kali is a storyteller and marketing professional passionate about sharing the transformative power of knowing Jesus personally. She helps ministries and organizations craft clear, compelling messages that connect people to the heart of God. Her work spans social media management, marketing consulting, graphic design, and coauthoring a best-selling novel, alongside serving in her local church. Kali values diversity in the body of Christ and believes pursuing social justice reflects God’s heart for restoration and reconciliation. She is a wife and mom of four, and her days are full of laughter, messy kitchens, and backyard adventures. Whether creating content or chasing kids, her heart is to see lives, especially those who feel unseen or unworthy, renewed by the redeeming power of Jesus.
 
															Content & Media Coordinator
James is a filmmaker from the southwest of England, now based in Ontario, Canada. With a background spanning corporate, charity, and creative filmmaking, he has worked with brands and organizations such as Limitless Festival, Cliff College, and Audi UK. His work combines strategic storytelling with a deep understanding of audience connection.
Alongside his wife Lauren, James is actively involved in worship leading and children’s ministry. In their downtime, they love hosting murder mystery nights with friends — bringing the same sense of creativity and fun to their personal life as they do to their work.
 
															Events & Program Administrator
Brianna serves as the Administrator with Jesus Collective and lives in Ontario, Canada. Coming from a non-Christian family, she was drawn to Christianity from a young age, often joining friends and their families at church on weekends. She eventually found Jesus later in life, and following Him has completely reshaped her journey. Naturally curious and passionate about learning, Brianna loves to research and explore new topics through a Christian lens. Outside of work, she enjoys books and writing, art, music, baking, and staying active through exercise.
